Hermes Agent

Hermes runs in the terminal, and connecting is one command.

You need a Shamela Link account before connecting your assistant. If you do not have one, create your free account here.

hermes mcp add --url https://shamela.link/mcp --auth oauth shamela

  1. Run this command

    Copy it into the terminal as it is, then press Enter.

  2. Sign in and approve

    Hermes opens the sign-in page in your browser; sign in with your account, press “Allow”, and the connection completes on its own.

If Hermes is on a server with no browser

Hermes prints a link in the terminal instead of opening a browser. Open that link in the browser on your own computer, sign in, and approve. The browser will then show a “connection failed” page — that is expected, nothing went wrong. Copy the full address from the address bar and paste it into the terminal at the Hermes prompt, and the connection completes.
